2. Reservation and Booking

2.1 Reservation Requirements

To make a reservation, you must be at least 21 years of age and provide valid identification upon check-in. The primary guest must be present at check-in.

Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or number from us. We recommend keeping this information for your records.

2.3 Payment

A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Depending on the property and rate plan, you may be charged at the time of booking, upon arrival, or at departure.

For non-refundable rates, no refund will be issued for cancellations or modifications.

For standard rates, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time will typically receive a full refund.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Hotel Policies

5.1 General Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or staff. Qubsdcli reserves the right to refuse service or accommodations to any person who, in the opinion of management, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who is incapable of caring for themselves.

5.2 Damage to Property

Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible.

5.3 No Smoking Policy

All Qubsdcli properties maintain designated smoking areas. Smoking in non-smoking areas may result in a cleaning fee of up to $500.

6. Limitation of Liability

Qubsdcli shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind sustained by any guest while on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Safe deposit boxes are available at the front desk or in your room.

7. Modifications to Terms

Qubsdcli reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
